Join us at Bayside Park every 3rd Wednesday of the month to meet with the Family Caregiver Alliance Support Group. Be part of a group of people from all different backgrounds who all share something in common, caring for the needs of another person.
Learn ways to cope with the difficulties and pressures of providing care for another. Discuss positive and difficult aspects of being a supportive force in the life of someone else. Develop relationships with others in similar situations, you are not alone.
This program is funded in part by the Alameda County Department of Aging and Adult Services and Bayside Park. FCA supports and assists caregivers of adults with chronic or disabling health conditions regardless of race, ancestry, national origin, creed, gender, gender identity, religion, sexual orientation, disability, income, or age.
